It seems easier than ever - especially on social media - for conversations to turn negative, and then personal, and then destructive.  

No value, no learning and often some bad will left behind.  Which is the opposite of what good PR is meant to deliver between organizations and stakeholders ... or friends among friends. 

Fortunately, there are some ways to re-wire conversations that seem to be headed into negative static, and luckily enough they all start with the letter R. I love it when life is so organized!
