Great article from Time Out jumping on the news story earlier in the week about an Australian millionaire challenging millennials to give up avocado on toast.  Being nimble is a great asset for the PR industry, stories are always so much more meaningful when they are timely and humorous. Thankfully I can call myself a home owner, but I have to say that all happened way before avocado on toast was the latest breakfast must have. I guess it all comes back to the good old adage... look after the pennies and the pounds look after themselves. Or as it be known today, "avocado on toast anyone?"
