Glassdoor and CMI have harvested some trends for leadership and culture from their top 20 companies in the UK. If you are looking for some practical initiatives to improve your culture or just checking to see how your ways of working compare to their benchmark, this is worth flicking through. Obviously, what's more important is to align your culture to your customers and your strategy to serve them. Most interesting to me is that autonomy is top of the list - that bodes well for a future full of more engaging, purposeful and motivating workplaces. I'm left wondering why diversity & inclusion isn't on there. I'm sure it wont be long.
