One of the best ways to tell a story is through the experiences of a person one can relate to: the case study. In healthcare, these are often patient perspectives of coping with a condition or managing a treatment. Things get a little more challenging in the medical device space, where the temptation is to tell the story of the device and its technical innovations. This story gets it just right, and focuses as much on the physician's experience using the device as anything else in the piece. After all - who will be using it? Until AI completely takes us over, the human stories are still winning.
